We process public business website content, audit-request email addresses and consent records, audit responses, report access events and customer billing identifiers to provide requested audits and monitoring.

We use Supabase, configured AI providers, Resend, Stripe and Inngest as service providers. Personal prospect reports are private bearer links and default to noindex. Anyone with a report link can view it.

Contact the business identified in your email to request access, correction or deletion. A report request is used to deliver that requested report; Citeverra does not use it as permission for unrelated marketing.

Before launch, the operator must publish its legal entity, privacy contact, retention schedule and applicable lawful basis. This deployment must remain in demo/review mode until those details are completed.
